Junior competitions resume after the school holiday break. Games continue this Saturday, 25 July, with a full round across every ACTJRU division, from Under 8s through to Under 18s.
Here’s where each competition stands and what’s on this weekend.
Under 18s
The U18 competition runs across three divisions. In Division 1, Marist 1st XV (26 points, 5 wins, 1 loss) leads Daramalan 1st XV (25 points, also 5-1) on points differential, with St Edmunds 1st XV third and Grammar 1st XV fourth. In the last round played, Marist beat St Edmunds 33-24 and Daramalan beat Grammar 53-29.
Division 2 is led by an unbeaten Daramalan 2nd XV (5 wins from 5), and Division 3 by an unbeaten St Edmunds 3rd XV (7 wins from 7).
Saturday’s Division 1 fixtures: Marist 1st XV v Grammar 1st XV (3:00pm, Marist College) and Daramalan 1st XV v St Edmunds 1st XV (3:00pm, Daramalan College).

Under 17s (Girls)
The Louise Burrows Cup is topped by KWS Girls 1sts (16 points, 4 wins, 1 loss), with an unbeaten Junior Vikings – Girls U17G Red level on points from one fewer game. In the last round, Trinity U17 Girls beat KWS Girls 2nds 51-15 and Junior Vikings beat Grammar 1st XIII 24-14.
Saturday: KWS Girls 2nds v Grammar 1st XIII (11:00am, Kinross Wollaroi School) and Daramalan U17 Girls v KWS Girls 1sts (12:30pm, Daramalan College).

Under 16s
The Steven Larkham Cup ladder is topped by Daramalan U15’s Black, unbeaten through three rounds, with St Edmunds U16s Blue (5 wins, 1 loss from six games) close behind.

Jindabyne U15 sit top of the ladder, unbeaten through four games, with Grammar U15 close behind on a 6-1-0 record.
